“Despite knowing they won’t be here for long they still choose to live their brightest lives.” Sunflowers – by Rupi Kaur.  This poem guides my practice as a therapist. I want to help you (the client), live your brightest life!” Admitting you need help, sometimes is the hardest, scariest thing a person can do. I want to be there to encourage you that asking for and receiving help is brave. I look forward to working with all my clients.

It is my belief that everyone can benefit from having a therapist in their lives: to listen, to guide, to advice. When I work with clients, my first and most important goal is to make them feel seen, heard, and valued. I want to create safe spaces for my clients to unload all that weighs them down. I want my clients to find the peace, love, and harmony I believe all humans possess within themselves. My specialties include depression/anxiety, trauma, self-esteem/confidence issues. I am trained in TF-CBT, Brainspotting, CBT, and Play Therapy/Sandtray therapy. I am open to all clients, but I primarily have worked with children, teens, and young adults. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
