Nicole Bond is the Wraparound Program Site Manager for Mt. Vernon, IL, where she supervises and oversees the daily work of Wraparound Coordinators. In her role at Spero, she ensures that families are supported through collaborative, strengths-based services tailored to their unique needs.

Nicole holds a Master’s in Social Work from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC) and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). With over a decade of experience in child welfare, Nicole began her career as a case aide at a foster care agency and has steadily grown into leadership.
