My name is Madison Darr and I am an Outpatient Therapist here at Spero Counseling and Wellness Center. I primarily work with children and young adults (6-22 years old). I am trained in Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. I use Person-Centered Therapy techniques with my clients. I enjoy using play therapy with my clients because it helps them process and heal. 

I started my education at Greenville University where I obtained my Bachelor in Social Work and Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 2022. I continued my education at Aurora University where I obtained my Masters in Social Work degree in 2023. I am currently working towards being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

My goal is to make a positive impact on my clients and families that I work with. I want my clients to feel welcome and comfortable. I want them to feel comfortable to share and not feel judged. I meet my clients where they are and celebrate their progress and strengths. I am here to be supportive and encouraging along with helping my clients gain coping skills and process what they have gone through.
