Benji Smith is the Wraparound Site Manager for our Marion and Murphysboro locations. In this role, he oversees a dedicated team that supports families involved with DCFS, helping them identify strengths, set goals, and build sustainable support systems.

Benji holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and began his career in behavioral therapy over two years ago before joining Spero Family Services. He initially served as a Wraparound Coordinator and was promoted to Site Manager.

He is passionate about empowering families to create lasting change and believes in the importance of compassionate, individualized support.
