Hello! My name is Suzanna LeFebvre. I am an outpatient therapist here at Spero Counseling and Wellness Center. I work, primarily, with adolescents (12+) and adults. I have worked in community mental health for three and a half years completing assessments, group treatment, individual treatment, and case management tasks. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Southern Illinois University- Carbondale in 2021. After a two-year break, I resumed my academic career and graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from Aurora University in 2025.

As a therapist, I am focused on my clients and their best interests. I meet my clients where they are and consider them as experts of their own experiences. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in my sessions. I am trained in Trauma Focused CBT, Play Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy.
