Shaye Warren works as the Wraparound Program Manager, supporting the Site Managers and their individual teams.  Her role at Spero is to drive High Fidelity Wraparound, which involves meeting the individual needs of each family based on a strengths-based focus within a highly collaborative process.

Shaye holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).  Shaye began her child welfare career as a caseworker in 2017 and then transitioned to Wraparound the same year, where she has spent most of her career.
